Where are you located?
Order Photos Online is the online ordering service operated by PhotoQ. As such, you can also opt to pick up your order at our Lab and Retail Store located at 607 High Street, Kew East, VIC 3102.
I need to change / cancel my order. What can I do?
If you notice something isn't right with your order once you've submitted it, please contact us ASAP by phone on 03 9855 0006. As we print orders as they come in, if your order has already been placed in production, we may not be able to change it.
How much is shipping? How long will it take to get my order?
Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on print size and quantity. We use Australia Post Parcel Post and Express Post network. After your order has left us, it is then the responsibility of Aus Post to deliver within their timeframe.
We post orders the next business day after receiving them, or the same day if ordered before 11am AEST. For estimated delivery times, please click here. If you would like to organise your own courier to pick up your order, please select 'pick up in-store' and leave a note in the comments section of your oder.
My order is a gift. Will you send a receipt?
We only send the photo products you ordered, nothing else. You will be emailed a Tax Invoice to the email you used during checkout. We will never send a packing slip or receipt with our orders.
